ReplyDeleteBrownie in a mug is my fave mug cake - mine does not have baking powder so is lovely and dense. I love the sound of oil (instead of melting butter) and golden syrup so will have to give this version a go!
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing and will definitely give it a go! What sort of chocolate chips do you use for this?
ReplyDeleteI stock up on dark chocolate chips from Asda which don't contain milk. Enjoy it.
